Lena | My case came in 18 days after I ordered. I emailed Case Custom at their customer service account explaining that I either didn't get, or missed my tracking info for the case I ordered. The responded to my email so quickly, within hours actually. They gave me a tracking number and told me they had looked and saw it was at my local post office and should be delivered very soon. It was delivered that day. Now the case itself is great. I can read the print clearly and the picture I added came out very clear. I 100% recommend them. Along with a shout out to the customer service member I spoke to, Emma Haughee, she was diligent and I couldn't ask for more. |
